Interlocked Structural Engineers was founded in April of 2025 by Eric Homburg, P.E., S.E. in The Woodlands, Texas. Our team is inquisitive, creative, and adaptable. We strive to provide excellent engineering services while also playing our part to ensure proper communication and coordination has occurred within the project team. We approach each project as an opportunity to help the project team (including ourselves) put the pieces together – a mindset that helps everyone involved.

Eric Homburg, P.E., S.E. has structural engineering experience including: structural design for residential, commercial, and municipal projects; forensic investigations for commercial, institutional, and residential structures; and computational simulation and analysis of vehicular barrier impacts. Regarding his structural design experience, he has designed both new construction and retrofit projects consisting of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry in various states throughout the country. Two example projects he is proud of from his career include: the new Oscar Johnson Jr., Community Center in Conroe, Texas for which he was the structural engineer of record, and the twenty-three-story One Museum Square Luxury Apartments in Los Angeles, California for which he was the design engineer.
